Kha & Mel's Coffee + Tea Room
Founding partner 2026
Kha & Mel's Coffee + Tea Room is the brick-and-mortar realization and expansion of what co-owners Khalid Miller and Jamel Mosely built through their cold brew coffee business, Upstate's Cold Brew. With Upstate's Cold Brew, Kha and Mel created a loyal following through pop-ups, farmers' markets, wholesale accounts, and direct-to-customer sales across the country.
Kha & Mel's expands on that foundation, creating a physical space where the relationships, hospitality, and community that shaped Upstate’s Cold Brew can live every day. We’re currently open seven days a week, with doors opening at 7 AM.
We have special lattes, refreshers, teas, and bakery items that are introduced every few weeks, along with exciting programming like our weekly DJ feature, Lunch Breaks (Thurs 12P-1P).
Come and visit us at Kha & Mel's Coffee + Tea Room inside of the Love Albany Center 8 Kate St. Albany, NY
